Shipping

1. Processing & Handling Time: Orders are processed within 3 business days after payment confirmation.- Shipping notifications and tracking details will be provided via email.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time: Standard shipping: 7 days- International shipping: 14 days (if applicable)

3. Shipping Fees: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order size and destination.

4. Address Accuracy & Responsibility: Customers must provide an accurate shipping address.- One Object Design Studio ltd is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses.

5. Damaged or Lost Packages: If an item is lost or damaged in transit, contact customer service at service@oneobjectdesign.com within 7 days of delivery for assistance.

Warranty

1. Warranty Coverage: FOOD watches are covered by a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase.- Covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.- Does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized repairs.

2. Covered Components: Movement: Defects in internal mechanics.- Hands & Dial: Faulty timekeeping or misalignment.- Crown: Issues with winding or setting time.- Water Resistance: If stated as water-resistant, covers defects within specified depth rating.

3. Exclusions: Battery, strap, case, and crystal (watch glass) are not covered under warranty.- Scratches, normal wear and tear, or discoloration due to usage.- Water damage beyond rated depth or improper sealing from unauthorized service.

4. Claim Process: Contact customer service at service@oneobjectdesign.com to request a return.- Describe the issue and provide relevant photos if required.- Once approved, we will arrange for repair or replacement based on warranty terms.

5. Repairs & Shipping Costs: Warranty repairs are provided free of charge for covered defects.- Customers may be responsible for shipping costs unless otherwise stated.- If the issue falls outside warranty coverage, repair services may be available at an additional cost.

Return Policy

1. Return & Exchange Eligibility: Items once sold are non-refundable, exchange is available with proven defect / damage from shipping

2. Return Process: Contact customer service at service@oneobjectdesign.com to request a return.- Provide order number / receipt and reason for return.- Once approved, follow the return instructions provided.

4. Shipping Responsibility: If the item is defective or incorrect, the company covers shipping.
