Pull out the crown with your nail and rotate it to adjust the corresponding time zone, push back the crown when the adjustment is done.

Slide the strap’s spring bar towards the middle and pull the strap away from the watch. Place the new strap with one end of the spring bar first, then release the bar once the strap is in place.
